What is the return policy?
At Arcana Myst , we put our heart and soul into creating unique esoteric boxes and products, carefully selected for their quality and energy. However, if an item does not suit you, here is our return policy:
📦 Return deadlines
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Returns must be notified by email to [your contact email] before any shipment.
✨ Conditions
Items must be returned new, unused and in their original packaging .
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned (e.g. incense, already lit candles, opened products).
Boxes that have already been opened or used are not eligible for return.
💰 Refund
After receiving and verifying the product, we will proceed to your refund within 14 days maximum , via the same payment method as that used when ordering.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
When will I receive my order?
Our boxes are shipped on the 15th of each month.
If you placed your order before the 10th of the current month, you will receive it mid-month. If you placed your order after the 10th of the current month, you will receive your box next month.
Unfortunately, sometimes it encounters some problems along the way and is a little delayed. If you still haven't received your box after 15 days, there is a problem somewhere... Don't hesitate to contact us and we will help you find it.
I still haven't received my box
If you still haven't heard from your box after 15 days, it's not normal: someone may have picked it up for you or it may have been left at the post office. Don't hesitate to contact us and we'll help you find its whereabouts.
